AUTHENTICATE AN ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE THAT WE HAVE ISSUED OR CHECK THAT
OUR ASSESSOR IS LEGITIMATE?
You can rest assured that all our assessors are qualified and thoroughly vetted to stringent Government
standards.
You are more than welcome to check their registration and legitamacy by going to
Select "Find an Assessor/Inspector"
Enter the full name of our assessor as given on your appointment confirmation letter, and they should
appear along with their Accreditation reference number.
If it does not, please telephone us and we will give you their reference number for you to search
under that.
Please note that all our assessors will present you with our company business card , along with displaying
their registration id card containing their photograph, before entering your premises.
You can also verify the authenticity of your energy Performance Certificate that is issued by us
,for your home, by again logging onto
Select "Report Retrieval" and enter the 24 digit RRN (report reference number) from the top right
hand corner of your certificate.( you must include the dashes)
